They charged a deposit of 20 dollars cash before they would let us in the room that we had already payed for online.then upon leaving they would not give us the 20 cash deposit back and they were very rude and vulger language when we ask for the deposit back.so no it was no good deal at all and I feel like I should be refunded for the way I was talked to and ripped off by the manager of the place

First off the room looks nothing like the pictures, when I first open my door a roach instantly ran across the floor they were on the table and walls so I went right back to the office and told him to give me another room , the second room i went in looked so horrible the wall paint was terrible there was mold beside my bed , I had stains on my cover including the wall and my shower didn’t have a shower head and the shower curtain looks like a bed sheet ,the toilet seat looked beat up and not clean , the whole room smells like cigarettes , the A.C unit sucks I literally had to sleep half naked cause it was so hot , I came all the way from Mississippi so I didn’t have a option to go back home and wasn’t comfortable enough to sleep in the car since I’m not familiar with the area and THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK

The bed was comfortable, the front desk man was nice, big dog pet friendly-someone had a big beautiful German Sheppard-he cleaned up after her. Super close to Dallas Love Field Airport.

Was charged twice - my error (reserved the wrong day on booking app) but the person working there wouldn’t grant the switch. So, I paid for two nights. I didn’t argue with them because my flight was canceled and I needed a place to stay (1am).
